KORUS Education Institute is seeking for a 'Kyopo Teacher'

Job Details

We are looking for qualified kyopo teachers who are energetic, outgoing and have the caring heart to teach students with passion to improve students' academic english skills.

1. Overview of this program:
This is an intensive English Program(English for Academic Purposes) for students who are already admitted as transfer students to American Universities and are studying to improve their language skills in order to adjust to the academic college environment before leaving to the states.

2. Teacher Qualifications
* Bachelors or Masters Degree
* Credentialed teacher, TESOL/TEFL Certificant or Education related major
preferred
* teaching experience in Writing and Grammar is preferred
* at least two years of teaching experience is a must

3. Job Description
* Institute Name: KORUS Education Institute
* Location: Gangnam, Seoul(Gangman Station Exit #9, 3 minute walk)
* Start date will be discussed during the interview
* Type of Students: University Students(Freshmen ~ Juniors)
* Classes: Academic English classes
(Listening & Speaking, Reading, Writing, Grammar, Speech & Communication)
* Class size: 3~10 students
* textbooks provided with a set curriculum
* Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am~6pm (30 teaching hrs. per week)
* Salary: 2.4 ~ 2.7 mil KRW/month(may vary based on qualifications)
* Kyopo teachers living in Korea with a F4 visa holder preferred
* Vacation: 10 days paid vacation/year + National holidays
* Health Insurance and National Pension
