Public Elementary School English Teaching
An elementary school in Gyeongsangbuk-do is looking for one more English teachers for after school program.
Starting date: ASAP
Location: Yeongdeok-gun, Gyeongsangbuk-do
Qualifications:
- A citizen of one of the seven countries: Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, and South Africa
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in one of the seven countries: Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, and South Africa
- Must be able to obtain E2 VISA (Clean criminal record)
- Physically and mentally healthy
- TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA Certificate of minimum 100 hours (exempt if your degree is in English Literature, English Language, or Linguistics or if you have Teaching Certificate)
Job Description:
Working Hours12:00~18:00 (M-F) [including class preparation]
SALARY
- Monthly salary of 2.0 ~ 2.4 million Korean won
(The salary may vary depending on the qualification)
- Round-trip airfare ( 2.6m)
- 50% medical insurance, 50% national pension plan supported
- 18 business calendar days paid vacation a year and all Korean national holidays
- Severance pay upon completion of a one-year contract
- Rent-free full-furnished housing
- One time settlement allowance of 300,000 KRW
- Rural allowance of 100,000 KRW
Required E2 Visa Documents:
- Application form

- Cover letter
- Apostilled copy of diploma
- Original copy of Teaching Certificate, TESOL/TEFL/CELTA (if applicable; bring the original to the school and make a copy at the school)
- Apostilled Criminal Record Certificate (must be federal, not state); if you are Canadian citizen, your Criminal Record Certificate must include Vulnerable Sector Screening
- Self Health Assessment Report
*Part Time Hakwon Position*
Starting date: April , 2013
Location: Jamsil Stn. (Line 2). Seoul
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA Certificate
-- who has experience teaching elementary and/or middle school students in Korea
Rate:
-30,000KRW ~ (per hour)
or monthly salary: negotiable
Class Size:
-small group class: 1-4 students
Teaching Level:
-Elementary and/or middle school students
